The support and experience Orient Energy Systems offers includes:-

• Engineering - In house engineering and design is carried out by a dedicated team with rich experience in gas engine operations and generation.
• Drawings - Our current CAD capabilities include a state of the art 3D modeling system. From the preliminary concept through to final design we use walk through visualization software to help eliminate any potential problems should they appear before construction. Crucial factors such as access and operability can be analyses this way. By fully utilizing the capabilities of the system conventional 2D general arrangements, isometric drawings and a digital animated walk-through compliment a complete design review and portfolio of controlled design drawings.
• Project Management - Every project, whether it is a single engine sale or a full green-field turnkey scheme, is allocated a dedicated Project Manager. From design to commissioning and hand-over, the Project Manager works to ensure all project installation and contractual matters are managed to specification and on time.
• Installation - Total capability to run a full turnkey scheme has been a hallmark for Orient Energy Systems with the rolling development of embedded generation stations located throughout the country. On larger projects full time site attendance is provided, and in all cases CDM requirements are fully complied with whether our contracted role is Principle Contractor, or Planning Supervisor. Full civil and building works, mechanical, electrical and controls installations are undertaken under one contract.
• Documentation - At the final stages of any project it is imperative that comprehensive Operation and Maintenance Manuals are produced. To complement the GE Jenbacher manuals provided with the equipment, Orient Energy Systems have a dedicated team to prepare customized documentation for every project. They are available in both hard copy, and electronic CD format that include enhanced multimedia.
• Commissioning - Once installation works are complete the generating system and ancillaries are fully commissioned with a specialist GE Jenbacher engineer for the engine generator set together with an Orient Energy engineer.
