INTRODUCTION
OES is working in partnership with Shanghai Electric Power T&D Engineering Co. Ltd., China and is providing one window solution for all local works on the biggest T&D project by K-Electric called TP-1000. A team of 50+ professionals is looking after this project.
Main activities include:
- Acquiring Right of Way for the complete project.
- Project Monitoring & Management for the following construction activities:
- Overhead Transmission Line 132 & 220 KV (63 km)
- Underground Transmission Line 132 & 220 KV (28 km)
- Complete Civil works (Trial Pits, Construction of Towers/Poles Foundations including construction materials, labour, machinery, tools, facilities, foundation tests etc.)
- Erection & installation works (Erection of Towers/Poles/Gantries, Stringing of Conductors/OPGW, Excavation, Laying of Power Cables/FOC and Backfilling (In all respect)
- Material Management of:
- Storage
- Logistics
- Testing and Commissioning of Transmission Line (including Load and Environmental Tests)
- Energization, handing over and after sales services for defects liability period and all necessary work to complete TP-1000 TL Project as per KE specifications.
ENERGY SERVICES EXPERTISE
OES is collaborating with TBEA Shandong Luneng Taishan Cable Co. Ltd. (TBEA), one of the biggest Chinese multinational groups for serving High Voltage Segment, OES together with TBEA, is providing turnkey solutions and services in Power transmission and distribution (T&D) segments. OES & TBEA Consortium is also approved by K-Electric for complete Underground Transmission Line works.
UNDERGROUND TRANSMISSION LINE
Expertise in the supply, cable laying, jointing, termination, erection, testing, commissioning and energization of Underground Transmission line up to 500kV voltage level for up to 2500 square mm XLPE cable circuit. Supply of imported XLPE cable and accessories from TBEA and other reliable manufacturers. Foreign jointers combined with local expertise provide the competitive advantage to carry out major EPC projects in Pakistan’s market.
OVERHEAD TRANSMISSION LINE
Expertise in the supply, stringing, erection, installation, testing, commissioning and energization of Overhead Transmission lines up to 500kV voltage level. This includes offshore part in the supply of Towers / Poles, insulators and their hardware with the onshore part starting from foundation works until final commissioning.
